About Hansen Project Management

Robin Hansen is the owner and founder of Hansen Project Management. Hansen Project Management provides clients with project management assistance in land use, development, and environmental permitting. Robin Hansen is a land use professional with over 20 years of experience in locating, permitting, and developing residential, industrial, and mining facilities. She works in several states and many Washington State counties and cities.

Through her two decades of experience, she has developed relationships with local and state planners while working to better define laws and policies affecting the environment and business. Robin has a thorough understanding of federal, state, and local regulations and their application for developers and corporations. She is a dedicated professional with exceptional organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. SEPA, NEPA, NPDES, JARPA, building codes and permits, grading regulations, and general site development are among the specialties of Hansen Project Management. Before starting Hansen Project Management, Robin worked as a Director of Environmental and Land Use for an internationally owned sand, gravel, and concrete company with operations in Western Washington State and Oregon. In the course of her work Robin permitted many difficult industrial and mining facilities. She also has extensive experience in residential site development through her work with a large architectural and development company, for which she specialized in applying for and obtaining land use and construction permits.
